Full Service Customs & Repairs
Cleaninging your gun and BOING, there goes a spring or pin across the room and lost in the dark corners of the world with the dryer's lost socks! Don't worry, it happens to the best of us! Come see us and we'll find you the replacement part!
Often times we are asked to repair firearms that are damaged due to improper "gunsmithing". This costs the customer more than it should because we have to spend time identifying the problems before making the repairs. If you're not comfortable disassembling and/or working on your firearm, then don't. Bring it in and let us show you how!
Due to insurance reasons, our liability, and for the safety of our customers, if a firearm is deemed unsafe and unrepairable, it must leave our shop disassembled.
When dropping off a firearm for repair, you will be required to fill out a service tag. Whomever drops off the firearm, must be the one who picks it up. This is an ATF mandate and no exceptions to this policy will be made.
Our service prices are listed in detail on this website and on price sheets within our shop. It is your responsibility to check pricing or ask about pricing when requesting work be performed. If the price is not listed you will be notified before work begins.
If you don't live in the East Tennessee area and you're now thinking about moving here because you need a gunsmith, stop! Just send me your firearm and we'll get you taken care of. If sending a serial numbered part it will have to be transfered from a FFL Holder. Either way, shoot us an email and we'll walk you through it.
